We have a passion for real estate and love helping people with their housing needs.

Now more than ever families need housing they can afford, retirees too. We look to fill that need by providing affordable housing. Buyers of our custom homes help us serve the affordable housing market by allowing us to buy the home they are leaving.

Providing housing has been unexpectedly rewarding. To see the joy of our buyers each time we close is very fulfilling.

After 18 years in property management for Wendy and 20 years of entrepreneurship for David we explored the possibility of investing in Real Estate. We met an investor who encouraged us and provided key contacts to help us get started. We are so grateful for all those of our family, real estate community, as well as professional contacts and friends who have made our journey possible.

Our goal is to provide housing for 100,000 people.

To meet this goal, we will be developing or acquiring apartments and mobile home parks in addition to single family dwellings.

David and Wendy Erickson have been married for over 12 years and enjoy being together so much that they now work together too.

Wendy has managed properties for over 18 years. In this time, she has managed many different types of residential housing (single homes, apartments, town homes, manufactured houses, low income, luxury… in several states. This has given her a broad experience in residential real estate while building an equally broad network of contacts.

David has over 20 years of business experience having owned businesses including home products, mobile computer repair, cell phone services, and now real estate investments.

David and Wendy both love helping people to achieve their dreams.
